The Digital Market Products team is looking for a Senior Service Reliability Specialist to join us in North Charleston, SC; Colorado Springs, CO; Mesa, AZ; Berkeley; MO; Fairfax, VA; Chicago, IL, Seattle, WA; Plano, TX; or Long Beach, CA.
We are looking for a Customer-Facing Specialist to champion the reliability, performance, and resilience of our mission-critical applications including customer portals, e-commerce systems, training platforms, and global airline support tools.
This isn’t a behind-the-scenes role. You’ll sit at the intersection of technology and customer experience, owning application uptime, building automation for self-healing systems, and directly communicating with internal stakeholders and airline customers when incidents arise.
Position Responsibilities:
Provides consultation and leadership to identify, evaluate and document complex computing system requirements
Applies expertise related to architecture, design, build and test delivery systems and components
Provides technical leadership to evaluate product usability, affordability, functionality, security and performance to assess suitability for integration into delivery system environments
Provides technical support and consultation for the implementation and usage of complex delivery systems
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience of Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence)
5+ years of experience with designing and developing software for complex systems such as Distributed Systems, Multi-Threaded and Multi-Process Applications, and Client-server Architectures
5+ years of experience with GitLab, Azure DevOps and CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
3+ years of experience in Incident Management
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience with supporting complex applications or systems
Experience with problem-solving, including diagnosing and resolving complex network issues
Experience with written and verbal communication to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience with maintaining thorough documentation, and implementing repeatable processes
