Confidential – Senior Service Plumber Opportunity (Lancaster County, PA)

A well-backed service company is launching a new plumbing operation in the Lancaster County area and is seeking a top-tier service plumber to help build the team from the ground up. This is a confidential search as we prepare for launch.

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, skilled in residential service plumbing, and interested in long-term growth with a company that is serious about doing things the right way.

Ideal Candidate:

• 4+ years residential service plumbing experience (master plumber would be a plus, but not required).
  
  
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
  
  
• Experience with drain cleaning, water heaters, leak repairs, and general plumbing service
  
  
• Professional appearance and customer communication
  
  
• Ability to run service calls independently
