Your Impact

You will ensure that services delivered by multiple providers operate as one integrated ecosystem—creating seamless service experiences across technologies, vendors, and business functions.

This role is critical to eliminating operational silos, strengthening accountability, and enabling reliable end-to-end service delivery in a complex multi-vendor environment.

What You Will Drive

  • End-to-end service integration across multiple providers and technology domains

  • Strong operational alignment and accountability across vendor boundaries

  • Effective coordination of cross-provider incidents, escalations, and major operational events

  • Management of service dependencies across infrastructure, applications, and external partners

  • Consistent execution of service integration frameworks and governance models

  • Early identification and resolution of integration gaps and operational fragmentation

  • Alignment of vendors toward common service objectives and performance expectations

  • Continuous improvement of integrated service delivery models and operational processes

  • Standardization of cross-provider interfaces, workflows, and collaboration practices

What You Bring

  • Extensive experience in IT Operations and Service Integration within complex, multi-vendor environments

  • Strong understanding of ITIL and SIAM operating models

  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional and cross-provider service delivery

  • Experience managing major incidents and complex operational escalations

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business, IT, and external partners

  • Ability to drive collaboration and accountability across organizational boundaries

  • Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style

  • Strong ownership mentality with the ability to mature operational service integration capabilities
