This role is in the Nort Eastern US, you will need to travel around the US and to Canada.

Key Responsibilities

· Commissioning and service of up to 75 million btu burners.

· Reviewing jobs to determine parts needed and scope of work

· Completing and submitting service reports to the Service Coordinator

· Maintaining parts and tools inventory

· Troubleshooting electrical, combustion, and controls

· Training Customers on Riello products.

· Delivering Riello product content to our customer

· Ensuring all training material is up-to-date and accurate

· Involvement on the continuous improvement of Riello Training program

· Provide online training to Riello customers

· Providing phone support to technicians, working on Riello equipment

· Documentation of tech calls

· Involvement on the continuous improvement of technical support – documentation, and training to junior employees

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must Possess and maintain valid and current Driver’s License and be insurable by our company’s insurance carrier
• Must be willing to travel in excess of 50% of typical work week, mostly local travel and occasional overnight hotel stays based on business needs.
• Must be Capable of climbing ladders or using other lift equipment in excess of 8 feet above grade, and capable of lifting items up to 50lbs

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS​

• Knowledge in DDC control theory and applications pertaining to the HVAC/Control
• Prior experience in HVAC and/or Building Automation
• Advanced understanding of control logic
