Your contribution:
SLA & KPI Management: You establish and monitor routines to ensure the main tenant’s contractual KPIs, specifically Power and Cooling Availability and Incident Response times, are met or exceeded
Incident & Fault Management: You coordinate with the internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure rapid resolution of network incidents and minimise downtime
Site Access Coordination: You manage the interfaces between Landlord Management and the tenant to ensure seamless, 24/7 access for maintenance and emergency repairs
Operational Process Optimisation: You define and continuously improve maintenance workflows to boost operational efficiency and site quality
Stakeholder Interface: You act as the primary point of contact for Vodafone regarding operational performance, providing regular transparency on business performance
Budget Oversight: You monitor maintenance expenditures and ensure adherence to the allocated budget for site operations.
What makes you stand out:
University degree in Engineering (Communications, Civil, or similar)
At least 10 years of professional experience in telco technology or service management, with at least 5 years specifically in infrastructure/TowerCo projects
Deep understanding of passive infrastructure, power design, and site construction
In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and experience managing complex SLAs and KPIs
Strong ability to implement new monitoring/controlling mechanisms to make performance visible and transparent
Proven experience in leading teams and managing external service providers in the maintenance sector.
Very good written and spoken English and German
