This job is responsible for supporting and fostering relationships with Executives and Application Managers. Key responsibilities include serving as a point of contact for development teams' infrastructure requirements, managing client relationships and portfolios of work, and communicating key technology strategies to stakeholders. Job expectations include escalating complex service requests and unresolved issues across functional teams, driving innovative business solutions, and leveraging technical and enterprise knowledge to work across structures to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Acts as a single point of contact for all infrastructure needs including network, storage, server, and TI supporting software and serves as a point of escalation for issues and defining plans to resolve and communicate those problems requiring further attention
- Builds, fosters, and manages trusted relationships across technology organizations and influences change effectively through partnerships
- Communicates Infrastructure and technology strategies, services, and products to the Application Development and infrastructure teams which will drive demand
- Manages and leads annual and monthly initiative funding budget and allocations, annual, quarterly, and monthly financial planning, and forecasting reviews with technology partners to provide financial transparency for Technology Cost of Application (TCOA) chargebacks, capital forecasting, initiative finances, and stale application volumes
- Ensures infrastructure scope aligns with key strategic offerings by working with engineering, product management, and other stakeholders
- Coordinates Enterprise Programs and Information Security Mandates across technology organizations
- Leads and/or participates in fellowship Communities of Practice (CPO) in the organization and across other delivery teams
- This Employee Experience Technology Application Production Support Portfolio Service Delivery job is responsible for supporting and fostering relationships with Employee Experience Technology Executives and Application Managers.

Required Qualifications:
- Enterprise Infrastructure Point‑of‑Contact & Escalation Ownership. Demonstrated experience serving as the single point of contact for infrastructure needs (network, storage, server, TI software), including escalation management, resolution planning, and executive communication.
- Cross‑Organization Relationship & Influence Leadership. Proven ability to build and sustain trusted partnerships across CIO, infrastructure, APS, DevEx, and production support teams to influence change and align outcomes through collaboration.
- Infrastructure & Technology Strategy Communication. Strong capability to communicate infrastructure and technology strategies, services, and product direction to application development and infrastructure teams to support adoption and drive demand.
- Enterprise Financial & Portfolio Management. Demonstrated ownership of initiative and run funding, including annual/monthly planning, forecasting, TCOA transparency, capital planning, and management of stale or under‑utilized application volumes.
- Strategic Infrastructure Scope Alignment. Experience ensuring infrastructure delivery scope aligns with enterprise strategic offerings through close partnership with engineering, architecture, and product management stakeholders.
- Enterprise Program & Information Security Coordination. Working knowledge of coordinating enterprise programs and information security mandates across technology organizations while maintaining delivery commitments.
- Progressive Service Delivery Experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Delivery Consultant, supporting an enterprise infrastructure project book of work with responsibility for prioritization, delivery tracking, and escalations.
- Enterprise Tooling & DevEx Workflow Mastery.
- Strong working knowledge of Horizon CI/CD workflows and APSE Work Management JIRA Base Camp 2 practices.
Desired Qualifications:
- Has sustained experience influencing SLTs and executive leaders to negotiate delivery priorities, funding tradeoffs, and risk decisions without direct authority.
- Has operated successfully in high‑visibility, ambiguous environments, where priorities change rapidly and delivery outcomes are reviewed in senior governance forums.
- Has led or materially influenced delivery operating model improvements (process, tooling, governance, or controls) across multiple technology organizations.
- Demonstrates advanced financial judgment, including challenging funding assumptions, evaluating tradeoffs across capital and run spend, and influencing portfolio‑level investment decisions.
- Has strong practical understanding of CI/CD workflows and DevEx tooling, sufficient to ensure infrastructure readiness, environment stability, and alignment with application delivery needs (not pipeline ownership).
- Uses portfolio data and enterprise tooling (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Tableau) to drive decisions, proactively identifying delivery risks, bottlenecks, aging work, and misaligned priorities.
- Has partnered effectively with architecture, engineering, and product leaders to influence infrastructure scope and solution design decisions aligned to enterprise strategic offerings.
- Demonstrates practical application of AI in delivery operations, including strong prompting skills and understanding of AI agents or automation patterns to reduce toil, improve insights, or accelerate workflows.
