Every device repaired, refurbished or prepared for delivery helps healthcare professionals continue treating patients around the world.
We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Senior Service Center Repair Manager to lead our Service Operations Workshop organization in Heerlen.
In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary organization of approximately 90 service professionals, responsible for the complete operational service flow, including: Decontamination, Inbound, Service Execution, Outbound and Warehouse Management.
Together, these teams ensure the timely repair and fulfillment of life-saving medical technology supporting customers across the EMEA region.
This is far more than a traditional repair operation. Service Operations supports 16 Operating Units, servicing more than 415 different medical device platforms and executing approximately 45,000 service interventions annually for customers across more than 125 countries throughout EMEA. Every day requires balancing customer urgency, regulatory compliance, technical complexity, capacity constraints and operational priorities to ensure life-saving medical technology remains available for patients.
Your primary objective is to maximize customer uptime by delivering exceptional operational performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People. You create an environment where operational excellence, customer focus and continuous improvement drive daily decision making while maintaining the highest quality and compliance standards.
This is a particularly exciting time to join Service Operations EMEA. As part of our long-term vision, the organization is preparing for a future facility relocation and the implementation of a redesigned operating model. These initiatives will further strengthen our capabilities, improve collaboration and create a future-proof Service Center. As Senior Service Center Repair Manager, you will play an important leadership role in ensuring operational excellence while helping your organization successfully embrace these future developments.
Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will continuously strengthen operational performance, develop organizational capability and contribute to the long-term success of Service Operations EMEA.

Required Knowledge and Experience:
Additional preferred qualifications include a Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) and experience within the medical devices sector or another regulated industry. Familiarity with ERP systems, operational dashboards, and performance management tools is valued. A strong quality mindset and a customer-first mentality are essential in approaching work and driving outcomes.
