JobThe Senior ServiceCenterCoordinator roleis responsible forbeing a key liaison between Sales and the DistributionCenterbut are not limited to essentialresponsibilitiesbelow.

EssentialResponsibilities

  • Managing customer inquiries, order entry, tracking, delivery status updates, outbound/inbound communication, product information, and ad‑hoc product‑related support.

  • Prioritizing customer purchase orders and coordinating supply;assistingthe DC Manager with order prioritization.

  • End‑to‑end sales order management (including cross‑border orders, one‑time deliveries, invoicing) and end‑to‑end return order management.

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for escalated or complex customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints.

  • Identifyingpotential new customers through research, cold calling, email outreach, and follow‑up on leads.

  • Coordinating projects and driving implementation with internal collaborators locally, regionally, and globally.

  • Cooperating with the Distribution Center team to ensure alignment and best‑practice execution across the organization.

  • Training peers and providing advisory support to colleagues.

  • Strong compliance focusinall financial transactions; ensuring adherence to local and global compliance rules when handling orders.

  • Participating in governance activities, including adherence to company policies, financial audits, and ISO audits.

  • Identifying,initiating, and researching process improvements; driving optimization of processes, tools, and procedures.

  • Driving implementation of automation and digital tools.

  • Documenting processes, tools, and instructions in collaboration with the SOP Manager and BPO.

  • Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment by following company Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies.

  • Performing general tasks related to the above functions, asrequiredto support business needs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Customer Retail setting i.e. Paint Stores

  • Proficient experience in standard operating procedures

  • Proficient with standard MS Office programs

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Proficient in using ERP software (Microsoft preferred) and other relevant tools

  • Ability to train colleagues

Work Environment:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

This position requires the ability to work in a DistributionCenterenvironment which can include solvents,dustand other chemicals. This position requires the employee to be able to perform normal physicallaborin relation to the laboratory manufacture and application of coatings samples. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, general office environment. Occasional duties in high noise areas requiringhearprotection isrequired

While performing the duties of this Job, the employeeis regularly required tosit; use hands to handle or feel and talk or hear. The employee isfrequentlyrequired to reach with hands and arms and occasional lifting of containers up to 50 lbs., the ability to wear PPE as required, and the ability to stand up to2 hourperiods.
