About the Role
Wangara Kia are seeking a professional, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy service team. This full-time, front-of-house role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organised under pressure, and takes pride in being the key connection between our guests and workshop team.
As the first point of contact for service guests, you set the tone for their entire experience. From the moment they arrive to the time they drive away, your ability to listen, communicate clearly, and manage expectations plays a major role in building trust and long-term relationships. This role suits someone with strong interpersonal skills, sharp attention to detail, and the confidence to juggle competing priorities while keeping guests informed every step of the way.
