Key Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years’ experience in a senior server or infrastructure administration role.

  • Advanced hands‑on experience with Windows Server (2012/2016/2019) and enterprise virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V, Nutanix).

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Azure infrastructure operations.

  • Deep understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls, BGP/OSPF).

  • Experience with server performance tuning, load balancing, clustering, and high‑availability architectures.

  • Proficiency with PowerShell scripting and infrastructure automation.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills, documentation discipline, and ability to operate in a complex, enterprise environment.

  • Experience with Cisco/Meraki networking, storage systems, RAID, and server hardware lifecycle management.

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate across IT and business teams.
