Join a global team shaping the future of digital customer experiences, where you will combine deep SEO expertise with emerging AI-driven search capabilities to influence how customers discover and engage with The VELUX Group across markets worldwide.

Meet your future team

You will be part of the Group Customer Experience Unit (GCXU), a global function focused on creating a frictionless, data-driven experience for homeowners and professional partners. The team works across regions and functions to connect digital marketing, content and customer journeys end-to-end.

Collaboration is international and cross-functional, with close interaction between SEO, content, product teams, developers and analytics specialists. As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will play a key role in embedding SEO into digital development processes and ensuring visibility across evolving search landscapes.

While working closely with colleagues globally, this role is based at The VELUX Group head office in Hørsholm, Denmark, placing you at the centre of strategic decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.

What we offer

More specifically your tasks will be to:

  • Drive technical and international SEO across platforms, including site architecture, indexing, performance and structured data
  • Define and execute scalable on-page and content optimisation strategies grounded in data and user intent
  • Lead SEO across AI-driven search environment and conversational interfaces
  • Apply LLM and AI tools for keyword clustering, content optimisation, and search intent modelling
  • Translate data and insights into clear recommendations, linking SEO performance to business outcomes
  • Support and guide stakeholders across product, content and development to ensure SEO is embedded end-to-end
  • Manage complex SEO initiatives such as migrations, global rollouts and optimisation projects
  • Monitor and adapt to changes in algorithms, search behaviour and AI-driven visibility

What you will bring

You are a highly experienced SEO specialist with a strong technical foundation and a forward-looking mindset. You understand both the fundamentals of SEO and the impact of AI and LLMs on the future of search.

Moreover, we expect that you:

  • Have extensive hands-on experience with technical, international and enterprise SEO
  • Are comfortable working with AI-driven search, LLM tools and evolving search interfaces
  • Have strong analytical capabilities and experience translating data into actionable insights
  • Thrive in complex, matrix organisations and can influence stakeholders across functions
  • Have experience working closely with developers, CMS platforms and modern web technologies
  • Can connect SEO with broader digital, content and business strategies
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Are fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
