Level Up Talent Solutions is urgently hiring for a Head Security Guard / Senior Security Supervisor position. We are looking for an experienced security professional who can lead and oversee overall security operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, operational discipline, and experience handling security teams in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and oversee daily security operations
Ensure implementation of company security policies, protocols, and safety procedures
Monitor the performance, attendance, and discipline of security personnel
Conduct routine inspections and assessments of assigned premises or facilities
Respond to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns in a timely and professional manner
Prepare and submit incident reports, security logs, and operational updates
Coordinate with management regarding security-related matters and recommendations
Ensure proper enforcement of access control and visitor management procedures
Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, clients, and company assets
Support training, orientation, and guidance of security personnel when necessary
Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial security role
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Capable of handling operational and personnel-related concerns
Knowledgeable in security procedures, risk management, and incident handling
Experience in overseeing multiple guards or security teams is highly preferred
Registered Security Guard status is not required, but highly preferred
Qualified candidates must be willing to:
Submit a Barangay Clearance
Submit a Police Clearance
Submit Drug Test result
Complete several assessments, including personality and psychological evaluations prior to onsite interview.
