About the role
Own and evolve the Cyber Connect engagement model, a global process designed to synchronise cyber initiatives with software engineering teams.• Be accountable for the performance, adoption and continuous improvement of Cyber Connect, including clear measurement of impact on human risk reduction.• Define and manage the global Cyber Connect strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with Security Engagement & Culture and Security & Capability strategic priorities.• Establish scalable engagement, communication and synchronisation processes from initial project approval through to implementation and closure.• Identify opportunities to automate, streamline and scale engagement approaches across global technology teams.

You will be responsible for
Own and evolve the Cyber Connect engagement model, a global process designed to synchronise cyber initiatives with software engineering teams.• Be accountable for the performance, adoption and continuous improvement of Cyber Connect, including clear measurement of impact on human risk reduction.• Provide leadership and direction to the wider Security Engagement & Culture team, supporting delivery of global campaigns, programmes and initiatives.• Act as a senior subject matter expert to support engagement, communication and behavioural change to be embedded across cyber and technology.• Act as the primary interface between cyber teams and Security Partners / engineering communities, ensuring initiatives are well understood, prioritised and actionable.• Facilitate prioritisation and synchronisation sessions with cyber leadership, balancing demand with engineering capacity.• Oversee the design of engagement approaches, ensuring the right blend of communication, learning, tooling and support for each initiative.• Support and evolve tools such as CRM-style engagement tracking, enabling visibility of interactions, risks and dependencies across engineering teams.
You will need
Defining and delivering security engagement strategies within a large organisation.• Leading complex programmes or portfolios involving multiple stakeholders.• Designing and delivering creative, scalable engagement solutions.• Working within a technology environment, or quickly building technical domain knowledge.• Articulating a clear product or engagement strategy in terms of user and business value.• Communicating complex concepts in a simple, clear and compelling way to diverse audiences.• Influencing senior stakeholders and confidently challenging established approaches.• Working on ambiguous problems, forming hypotheses, running experiments and using data to inform decisions.• Strong prioritisation, planning and decision-making skills.
