Mission Overview
Operating within the internal IT Security Department and reporting directly to the Information Security Manager, your primary objective will be to manage, implement, and optimize the organization's overarching IT security infrastructure. This department is responsible for developing, operating, and maintaining all internal IT security processes.
As a Senior Security Coordinator, you will act as a structural force, driving the alignment of a large-scale cybersecurity portfolio, ensuring compliance with strict regulatory frameworks, and acting as a bridge between strategic security policies and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Coordination
- Portfolio Governance: Organize, track, and manage the cybersecurity project portfolio, specifically within the framework of an ongoing NIS2 compliance program
- Cross-Entity Alignment: Monitor the enterprise security program while ensuring complete consistency and strategic coordination between different business entities.
- Operational Support: Provide hands-on guidance and support to operational teams to ensure security policies and technical regulatory requirements are seamlessly adopted.
Policy & Action Plan Management
- Policy Translation: Participate in translating high-level enterprise security policies into actionable, concrete technical security guidelines.
- Remediation Tracking: Actively monitor and report on the implementation progress of security action plans and vulnerability remediation.
Communication & Reporting
- Risk & Progress Reporting: Provide regular, comprehensive reporting to management regarding project milestones and security risk coverage.
- Dashboard Design: Formalize, build, and maintain clear, explicit, and actionable security dashboards for stakeholder visibility.
