OVERVIEW

TriNet is seeking a Sr. Security and Safety Analyst in Hyderabad to oversee all matters involving personnel security, safety and environmental impact at our offices. This individual will partner with the TriNet HR and Legal teams, along with local management to develop, implement, and support initiatives, processes, and best practices for TriNet locations. This position will support strategic goals and drive performance metrics

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitors and responds to activities that have the potential to compromise the safety and health of TriNet’s colleagues, as well as contingent workers, contractors, and visitors
  • Responsible for the Access Control and Video Surveillance system in Hyderabad, badge distribution and other access issues
  • Monitors critical activities at and around all TriNet’s offices that have the potential to impact to colleagues, assets and facilities
  • Provides First Aid and CPR and AED training for TriNet colleagues.
  • Recruits, Trains, and maintains Volunteer Emergency Response Teams
  • Supports Workplace Violence Prevention Program to include communications, trainings and threat assessment procedures and tools
  • Implement Site Safety Plans to include Site Safety Hazard Assessments, Job Safety Analysis and responsible for Injury and Illness Log (OSHA 300)
  • Conducts facility inspections as required by company policy and government regulations
  • Implements training plans and ensures all security and safety training is completed for all on-site colleagues
  • Conducts incident investigations, accurately recording the details and responsible for the implementation of corrective action for all work-related incidents
  • Develops and implements safety programs that align with our Injury and Illness Prevention, Clean Desk, Ergonomics, Workplace Violence Prevention, Emergency Action Plans, etc. in accordance with company and governmental requirements
  • Manages vendor relationships for safety equipment
  • Supervises contracted guard force including training, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures and responding to escalations and incidents
  • Serves as 1st point of contact for all emergency incidents
  • Participates in the design and development of facilities, work areas, and work procedures, and makes health, safety, and environmental recommendations accordingly.
  • Ensures necessary company records are prepared and maintained according to established company policy and federal, state, and local safety and environmental guidelines. As well as maintains confidentiality of company records and private colleague information.
  • Establishes and maintains cross-functional and positive working relationships with key partners across the organization
  • Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree desired; or equivalent education and/or related work experience.

Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates):

  • Associate Safety Professional (ASP)/Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
  • Physical Security Professional (PSP)

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with a physical security with a safety background

Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of both state and federal employment laws
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
