Senior Security Analyst| Pay Range : $97,580.00 - $126,795.00
Join our Security Information and Access Management Team as a Senior Security Analyst!
We’re hiring a Senior Security Analyst to help defend critical infrastructure—systems that cannot fail. In this role, you’ll work on real, high-impact security threats across both IT and cloud environments, supporting the protection of the U.S. power grid. This is hands-on work with real ownership, real consequences, and a mission that matters.
You’ll be part of a collaborative Cyber Security team responsible for security event and incident management, cloud security, and enterprise log monitoring. Day to day, you’ll investigate security events, support and enhance logging solutions, onboard systems and applications, and help deploy and maintain cloud security tools such as CASB. This role also participates in an on-call rotation and works closely with internal teams across the organization.
The ideal candidate is team-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively at all levels, and take ownership of protecting critical systems. This is a strong opportunity to collaborate with industry peers and contribute directly to the security of national infrastructure.

Position Type, Location, and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time, hybrid on-site role based in Little Rock, Arkansas. The standard schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional extended hours as needed. This position participates in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
Travel Requirement:
This position requires minimal travel (approximately 10%).
