What you do
Manage the team responsible for the administration, operational support, service delivery and product support for Identity Access Management (IAM). Recommend and drive the enhancement process for the IAM to better support the users using the service.
Influence stakeholders involved in IAM and PAM processes (e.g., HR, IT operations, etc.) and partner with them in the development of processes that are fit for company’s business and support the achievement of security and compliance requirements.
Provide oversight of all aspects of IAM related project management to ensure continuous improvement of processes, negotiates and collaborates with leadership and staff to develop security solutions and options; develops and adheres to internal standards and strategies; ensures adherence to approved methodologies; coordinates resources, time, contingency plans and risk management.
Plan and organizes the day-to-day operations; develops and implements policies and programs as necessary; may have budgetary responsibility and authority.
Manage and guide design, development and support of IAM solutions including provisioning/de-provisioning workflows, user access certification, privileged accounts, single sign on, etc.
Act as escalation point for IAM and related processes, working with users and stakeholders as needed to resolve all issues quickly and efficiently.
Active engagement on IAM related audit matters, including management of audit response and implementation of recommended improvement plans and remediation.
Who you are
Preferably a recognized Degree in IT / Computer Science / Business Information Systems or its equivalent. Non-IT degree holders with relevant working experience are strongly encouraged to apply as well
Self-motivated person who is a team player
Possesses initiative, good interpersonal and communication skills
Responsive, neat and meticulous in discharging duties
Able to organize, lead and cultivate good teamwork amongst staff are essential attributes
At least 3 years of Leadership experience in banking operations work
Able to communicate in both spoken and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage changing priorities
