Position: Key Account Management (Premium Frozen Food Brand - Modern Trade)

Work location: Samut Sakhon

Responsibility:

• Account Support & Execution: Assist Key Account Managers in driving sales performance, running promotional campaigns, and managing daily operations for assigned Modern Trade accounts (e.g., Lotus’s, Big C, Makro, Tops, CP ALL / 7-Eleven).
• Trade Promotion & Campaign Planning: Coordinate and monitor in-store promotional activities, campaign execution, off-shelf displays, and promotional materials to maximize brand visibility.
• Sales Data Analysis: Track daily/weekly sales performance, analyze stock availability, and monitor retail audit data (OOS - Out of Stock) to ensure high product fill rates.
• Buyer & Cross-Functional Coordination: Build good relationships with retail buyers/assistants, and work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Field Merchandisers) for smooth PO processing and delivery.
• Payment & Invoice Management: Follow up on payment terms, credit notes, trade expenditure, and resolve rebate/billing issues with key accounts.

Qualification:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Key Account, Modern Trade, Sales, or Trade Marketing within FMCG,
• Consumer Goods, or Retail industries (Fresh graduates with strong relevant internship experience are welcome!).
• Basic understanding of Modern Trade operations and buyer coordination.
• Good numerical and analytical skills (Proficient in MS Excel - VLOOKUP, Pivot Table is a plus).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, proactive, eager to learn, and result-driven attitude.

1) Work location base at Thai Union’s Shrimp Plant/ Okeanos Food, Samut Sakhon.
