Senior Secretary in Ambulatory Infusion Program Unit at St Joseph Hospital Eureka. This position is Full time and will work 10-hour Day Shifts.

Under the general supervision of the Clinic Manager, this position provides secretarial support for the Managed Care services. Will obtain insurance authorizations, act as receptionist, answer phones, do filing, type correspondence, computer data entry, ordering supplies, and other general office duties. Will also do fill-in courier deliveries.

Required Qualifications:
  • Coursework/Training: Training in basic computer operation.
  • 1 year of experience in a Managed Care setting, within the last 3 years
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1 year of Medical Oncology or ChemoTherapy Clinical Services

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
