Key Responsibilities

• Reporting into the Digital Marketing & Affiliates Manager, the ideal Senior SEM Specialist will assist in implementing, monitoring and managing industry-leading performance media strategies, with a focus on paid search.

Day to Day

• Smart bidding strategy optimisation (tCPA, tROAS, value-based bidding)
• Manage allocated budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize performance
• Daily monitoring of spend, ROAS, CPA, CVR and revenue contribution across our Google ecosystem
• Feed optimisation for Shopping and Performance Max
• Campaign structuring aligned to product categories and regional priorities
• Identifying diminishing returns and marginal ROAS thresholds
• Forecast traffic, spend and revenue by region
• Write high-converting, brand-aligned copy for Google Ads campaigns.
• Regular reporting on keyword and campaign performance

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing search strategies (preferred in Google platforms for both search & shopping)
• Strong organisational skills and a collaborative mindset
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
