Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our Digital Solutions Division and support the continued growth of our IoT Platform

In this role, you will coach and guide three agile development teams two based in Örebro and one remote team in India to establish and maintain efficient, scalable, and unified ways of working

You will play a key role in strengthening agile maturity, driving continuous improvement, and acting as a hands-on leader and role model within the organisation

Tasks

• Coach and support multiple agile teams in Scrum and agile best practices
• Drive alignment and consistency across teams to ensure common ways of working
• Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
• Remove impediments and enable teams to deliver effectively
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability
• Act as a mentor and agile ambassador across the organisation
• Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams
• Support collaboration across distributed teams (Sweden & India)

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Scrum Master in a senior capacity
• Proven ability to coach multiple teams simultaneously
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile frameworks, and scaling practices
• Experience working with distributed / remote teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to drive change and influence without authority
• Fluent in English
