We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Scrum Master / Agile Coach to support our Connectivity Verification teams.
In this role, you will guide multiple software development and test automation teams, helping them work efficiently in a SAFe environment while contributing to innovative solutions improving the lives of people with hearing loss.

What tasks are waiting for you?
• Act as a servant leader and Agile coach for several Scrum teams working in a SAFe environment.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and refine team backlogs, ensuring alignment with program priorities.
• Promote continuous improvement and support the development of high-performing teams.
• Ensure adherence to Agile and SAFe principles, enabling the teams to deliver high quality incremental value.
• Track and report key team performance metrics and support the teams in meeting their PI objectives.
• Assist with PI Planning and contribute to alignment across the Agile Release Train.
• Work closely with other Scrum Masters and RTEs to resolve cross-team dependencies.
• Educate and mentor team members, stakeholders, and leaders on Agile and SAFe practices.
• Encourage innovation, experimentation, and a fail fast approach to building MVPs.
• Contribute to creating a strong leadership culture within the Connectivity area.
Apply today if you:
• have 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, including at least 1 year in a SAFe environment;
• have solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and SAFe principles;
• have strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills;
• can manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in cross-functional environments;
• have experience working with test frameworks or test automation;
• are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
It would be nice if you:
• have experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, PowerBI or similar tools;
• are familiar with Lean principles and continuous delivery pipelines;
• have experience in Bluetooth, wireless communication, smartphone ecosystems, hearing instruments, or embedded devices;
• hold a degree in computer science or a related field.
