At Coforge, we are hiring Senior Scrum Master (#22809) with the following skill set.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of complex system solutions, including project scope, schedule, costs, risks, and issues.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, support sprint goals, remove impediments, and ensure adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communication, providing regular progress updates and facilitating decision-making and conflict resolution.
• Coach and support the Scrum team, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and effective delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager or similar delivery role.
• Proven experience delivering projects in Agile environments.
• Experience as a Scrum Master in IT, Banking, Insurance, or other corporate environments applying Scrum principles and practices.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Strong problem-solving and results-oriented mindset.
• Experience managing project scope, risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations.
• Awareness of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, systems design, development, and testing.
• Strong commitment to team development and continuous improvement.
• Advanced English proficiency.
Preferred Skills
• Scrum Master certification.
• Experience in the Financial Services industry.
• Experience working with complex software development projects.
• Experience driving improvements in project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
