Qualification :
Graduates
Relevant Experience :
6–10 years of overall IT experience
Minimum 4 years of hands-on Scrum Master experience in a Product Engineering environment.
Must Have Skills :
1. Product Development / SaaS experience
2. Scrum & Agile Methodologies
3. Jira, Confluence & Azure DevOps CI/CD & Release Planning
4. Multi-team Scrum Management
Good Have Skills :
1. SAFe / LeSS / Nexus
2. Cloud & Microservices
3. Git & DevOps
4. AI/ML Product Experience
5. Scrum Certifications (PSM/CSM/SAFe)
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
2. Coach Agile teams on Scrum, Lean practices, and continuous improvement.
3. Build high-performing, self-organizing Agile teams.
4. Collaborate with Product Owners and Product Managers to maintain and prioritize product backlogs.
5. Improve sprint planning, estimation accuracy, release planning, and delivery predictability.
6. Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments.
7. Coordinate releases across Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Product teams.
8. Monitor Agile metrics such as Velocity, Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, Release Frequency, and Defect Trends.
9. Mentor Scrum Masters and Engineering teams.
10. Provide delivery updates, release readiness, and risk reports to stakeholders.
