As a Senior Scrum Master / Agile Coach, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of software solutions that protect the UK’s national security. Working within highly collaborative, Agile delivery teams, you will enable the development of applications that collect, analyse and present complex data, empowering our customers to make informed, time‑critical decisions.
You’ll operate as a servant‑leader, coach and facilitator, helping teams continuously improve how they work while fostering an environment of trust, learning and high performance.
