We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support our FIS Cloud Platform team during a major growth and transformation phase. You will work with a highly mature platform engineering team , guiding it through scaling, organizational change, and the evolution towards stream-aligned, product-oriented team structures .
This role goes far beyond classic Scrum facilitation: you will actively shape how agile works at scale in a " platform as a product" environment and help establish sustainable structures for long-term growth.
Your Role
You will act as a trusted agile coach and change partner for a technically strong platform team that currently consists of ~15 engineers and is expected to grow to 30+ members by 2027 .
Your focus will be on scaling agility responsibly , preserving team culture, and enabling organizational structures that align architecture, teams, and customer needs.
After the transformation phase, you will remain the dedicated Scrum Master for the evolved team setup, ensuring continuous improvement and operational excellence.
