Position: Senior Scientist in AI & Big Data Center

Location: Malaysia(Remote)/ Nanjing, China(Onsite)

Role & Responsibilities

• Be responsible for bioinformatics projects;
• Develop the web-based tools or standalone tools for synthetic biology, protein engineering and antibody engineering;
• Develop algorithms to assist customers in solving technical barriers;
• Data mining (including deep learning) and analysis on synthesis related data;

Qualifications

• PhD Degree in bioinformatics or deep learning, with at least three years of experience in algorithm/model development;
• Knowledgeable in the field of molecularbiology or protein;
• Proficiency in Python/Java/C++.
• Proficiency in Pytorch/Tensorflow.
• Preferable if the candidate has experience in natural language processing and large language model.
• Preferable if the candidate has experience in pre-trained language models and generative AI;
• Preferable if the candidate has experience in algorithm, software and pipeline development;
• Proactively participating in collaborative and innovative projects;
• Having a keen sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and good communication and teamwork skills.
