Working as part of a diverse cross-functional team, you will be leading RDQ activities required to drive thebelVitagrowth strategy.
How you will contribute
You will work independently to plan,lead,and coordinate technical projects in line with RDQ,marketing,and manufacturing requirements.As a hybrid product/process role, you will lead activities designed to generateappropriate processinformation using modelling and simulation, pilot plant scale-up and factory trialsin accordance withgood manufacturing practice and HACCP requirements. You willalso drivepart of theinnovation pipeline, product development, formulationandlead process design and specifications, process scale-up and commissioningThis position requires you to manage stakeholders,representingRDQwithmarketing, operations, and quality leads,and influence decisions based on data analysis and interpretation of results You will alsocreate and maintain accurate consumer centric specificationsandcreate intellectual property that gives Mondelēz International a competitive advantage.

Thecandidate should havedemonstratedability to:
Support cross-functional team toidentifyopportunities for the brand based on business priorities and consumerneeds
Work with a cross-functional team to plan and execute a robust approach to fulfilling the identified needs
Provide technical input to project teams and act as a linkage back to the internal / external technical community
Design experiments, analyze results,and translatethem into actionable recommendations with minimal guidance and support.
Understand the functional characteristics of product ingredients,formulations,and process, including how theyimpactfinished products to meet consumer expectations.
Manage awide-agendaof varying priorities with strong time-management and organization
Have knowledge of the commercialization process (how to take products from idea to market) and how to execute these processes with the right-fit agility.
Think end to end to proactively assess risks and develop right-fit mitigation plans based on the probability and impact

The candidate should be able toleverageexperts/partners to ensure compliancewithdocumentation, shelf life, regulatoryrequirements,and confidentiality requirements.
Education / Certifications: BS in Chemical Engineering,FoodEngineeringor related fields
Job specific requirements:
Minimum of5yrs. experience, preferably in the food industry.
Strong technical foundation and technical curiosityKnowledge of biscuit formulation/processes is a strong plus.
Able to develop and drive technical projects with proper scientific rigor: conductappropriate testing, gather, and analyze data, and develop recommendations based on findings& businesscontexts
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects,prioritizeand manage complexity
Participate in cross functional teams toidentifyand resolve technical issues.
Write process specifications that deliver consistent, high-quality products acrossnumerousmanufacturing facilities.
Excellent written and oral communication skills(Englishrequired, Spanish a plus); able to effectively communicate to all levels within the organization.

Travel requirements: Travel up to 25%-30%to locationsmainly inthe US + potential for other domestic or international locations.
Work schedule: Hybrid - 3 Days work from office
The base salary range for this position is $86,900 to $119,515; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
