Eikon Therapeutics is a new biopharmaceutical company employing revolutionary technology at the intersection of chemistry, engineering, computation, and biology to discover novel treatments for life-threatening diseases. Eikon’s discovery platform is built on groundbreaking innovations from its founders (Nobel Prize, 2014), culminating in the creation of microscopes which enable real time, molecular-resolution measurements of protein movement in living cells, thereby unlocking otherwise intractable classes of proteins as drug targets.
We seek a Senior Scientist in Computational Biology to drive diverse early drug discovery efforts across Eikon’s target portfolio. In this key role, the successful applicant will use their rigorous analytical skills in close collaboration with diverse discovery scientists to conceive and evaluate complex, progress-enabling experiments across our target portfolio. This person will also help shape how Eikon evaluates and adopts novel experimental systems and will partner with colleagues developing quantitative models to ensure that emerging computational methods remain grounded in sound biological reasoning.
For this role, we are seeiking an experienced, rigorous, and results-driven computational scientist with a strong track record driving high impact contributions to advance early research drug discovery programs. You are an enthusiastic and generous collaborator who is skilled in both traditional and emergent drug discovery technologies and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment uniting diverse disciplines and subject matter experts . This role will require someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and a strategic thinker who can draw on deep technical and biological knowledge to synthesize data from diverse internal and external sources to resolve nuanced scientific questions. You bring both scientific depth and methodological creativity to bear on emerging experimental systems and works closely with quantitative modeling colleagues to ground new computational approaches in strong biological reasoning.
At Eikon, employee compensation also includes bonus and equity compensation, in addition to several generous benefit programs, including:
The expected salary range for this role is $178,000 to $215,250 depending on skills, competency, and the market demand for your expertise.

Eikon Therapeutics is a late-stage clinical biopharmaceutical company advancing a pipeline of potential therapies for patients with unmet medical needs. We are passionate about novel therapeutics and share the belief that a better understanding of fundamental human disease biology can lead to better medicines. We are driven to go beyond incremental improvements. Instead, our goal is to introduce new therapies into clinical practice that will improve and extend life. Our clinical programs in oncology leverage immune response modulation and synthetic lethality to improve cancer therapy, while our discovery efforts are focused on identifying novel targets through application of single-molecule imaging to the study of cancer and neurological diseases. By applying machine learning algorithms to the very large imaging data sets that emerge from our imaging platforms, we can advance our programs towards our ultimate goal of discovering and developing better medicines.
Eikon is seeking intellectually curious, passionate, and creative team members that are eager to apply their talents to empower interdisciplinary scientific exploration and ultimately create and develop novel medicines.
