In this role, you'll:

Be working as part of a team delivering services relating to driver licensing schemes will see you ensure the safety of NSW road users by ensuring that the various licensing schemes are adhered to by undertaking and reviewing recommendations of Scheme Review Officers and responding to escalations and more complex reviews.

You will provide specialist advice on business processes and systems to ensure the integrity of the schemes and contribute to continuous improvement of the scheme review process by identifying system and process improvements for scheme review operations.

About you

Your ability to understand, interpret and apply legislation formed across government or regulatory organisations will see you excel in this role leading to fair and accurate outcomes.

You're recognised as a team player, decisive and perceptive, skilled at applying legislation and communicating this well to team members and other stakeholders whilst also looking at and reviewing systems or practices which may need streamlining or improvement, experienced in process improvement, particularly using technology is highly valued in this role.
