PROJECT SCHEDULE DEVELOPMENT
·Build and maintain procurement, engineering, and construction project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or other scheduling tools. P6 Level of detail will vary per stage and project.
STAKEHOLDER COLLABORATION
· Coordinate with project teams, field staff, and department leads to gather input and validate scheduling assumptions.
PROGRESS TRACKING
·Monitor ongoing project activity, compare actual progress against the baseline schedule, and identify variances.
SCHEDULE ANALYSIS & UPDATES
·Conduct regular updates, look-ahead reviews, and impact assessments. Recommend corrective actions for delays or risks.
CRITICAL PATH & RISK ANALYSIS
·Analyze the critical path and float to determine the effect of changes and inform strategic decision-making.
REPORTING & DOCUMENTATION
· Prepare schedule status reports, power-bi dashboards, progress summaries, and documentation of schedule changes and delays.
SUBCONTRACTOR COORDINATION
·Confirm that subcontractor timelines and deliverables align with the overall project schedule.
ISSUE RESOLUTION
·Flag potential scheduling issues early and collaborate with team members to develop mitigation plans.
