Job Description

You take a leading role in delivering SAP Vendor Invoice Management solutions that help global organizations transform and automate their invoice processes. Working closely with customers and project teams, you shape robust, scalable solutions while acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions in complex SAP environments
• Translate business requirements into high-quality functional specifications and solution designs
• Advise customers on best practices for invoice automation, compliance, and process optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP FI/MM, development, and integration teams
• Support testing, cutover, and go-live activities to ensure stable and successful deployments
• Mentor and guide other consultants, contributing to knowledge sharing and team development
• Act as a key point of contact for customers during delivery, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term value

Your skills and experience:

• Extensive expertise in SAP Vendor Invoice Management (OpenText VIM), including configuration and integration
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI and MM processes related to invoice processing
• Proven experience in end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, or transformation projects
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in customer-facing roles
• Experience working in international and multicultural project environments

General requirements:

• A degree in Finance, Business, or a comparable field
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Willingness to work in a consulting environment with customer-facing responsibilities
