In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven SAP Success Factors Professional to join ourSAPteam in Athens

• Advise our clients on the technical and functional implementation of SAP SuccessFactors
• Design of business processes with the use of SAP’s best practices
• HR business process analysis, design and implementation
• Contribute actively to business development activities; participate in the RFP process; preparing the necessary documentation
• Coach others, recognize their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development

What you bring matters

• B achelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or other relevant fields

• 2+ years of proven relevant work experience in SAP projects

• Conduct business needs analysis and identify key business challenges

• Relevant professional certifications in SAP SuccessFactors modules is a plus

• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Strong verbal and writing skills in English and in Greek
