is looking for a highly skilled
Senior SAP Security Consultant
with 10+ years of experience to lead SAP security design, implementation, and administration. This role involves ensuring robust governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) while maintaining seamless user access management across SAP systems.

• 
  Lead the design, configuration, and management of
  SAP security roles and authorizations
  .
• 
  Implement and support
  SAP GRC Access Control
  , including User Provisioning, Firefighter IDs, Role Management, and Access Risk Analysis.
• 
  Ensure compliance with
  SOX, GDPR, and audit requirements
  .
• 
  Manage security across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori, and other integrated systems.
• 
  Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define and enforce security best practices.
• 
  Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve security-related issues in a timely manner.
• 
  Drive security improvements and ensure alignment with business policies and IT governance standards.
• 
  Mentor junior security consultants and provide expert guidance on SAP security landscapes.

• 
  Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 
  10+ years of hands-on SAP Security experience
  , including ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori, and GRC.
• 
  Proven expertise in
  role design, user provisioning, and access controls
  .
• 
  Strong understanding of
  Segregation of Duties (SoD)
  and risk mitigation strategies.
• 
  Experience with
  audit and compliance requirements
  .
• 
  Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• 
  Ability to work independently in a
  remote global team environment
  .

• 
  SAP Certification in Security or GRC.
• 
  Experience in
  cloud security (SAP BTP, Azure, AWS)
  .
• 
  Exposure to multinational rollouts and large enterprise landscapes.
