Position Summary

The Senior Business Systems Analyst is part of the Global IT Supply Chain Applications team and plays a key role driving enhancements and strategic initiatives across Order to Cash processes.

This role partners closely with global business and IT teams to identify opportunities, improve processes, and deliver solutions that support the evolution and integration of SAP ECC within a modern digital landscape.

The position is primarily focused on leading enhancements and participating in strategic projects, including system integrations and modernization initiatives. This role has end-to-end ownership of Order to Cash processes from a systems and business perspective, ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions.

We are looking for a professional with experience working with SAP-based solutions (ECC preferred) and solid understanding of Order to Cash processes. Experience supporting projects or enhancements in SAP environments is highly valued.

Exposure to S/4HANA or broader digital transformation initiatives is considered a plus, but not required.

This role requires strong analytical thinking, effective communication with cross-functional stakeholders, and a proactive mindset to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with global business stakeholders to understand needs, identify improvement opportunities, and translate them into scalable Order to Cash solutions.
• Lead and support the delivery of system enhancements and strategic initiatives across Order to Cash processes, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Participate in global projects related to SAP evolution, integrations, and process standardization, contributing as a key OTC subject matter resource.
• Collaborate on OTM -Transportation Management (TMS) related initiatives, supporting integration points with Order to Cash processes and contributing to solution improvements where applicable.
• Own end-to-end accountability for Order to Cash system-related processes, ensuring solutions effectively support business operations and future growth.
• Work closely with technical teams to define functional requirements, support solution design, and ensure timely delivery of enhancements and integrations.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance user experience, and increase operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration across systems and consistency in end-to-end processes.
• Promote standardization of processes and solutions across regions, ensuring alignment with global templates and best practices.
• Communicate progress, risks, and key updates to stakeholders and leadership in a clear and structured manner.
• Support change management activities, including user guidance, documentation, and knowledge transfer when required.
• Contributes to building strong relationships with business partners, positioning IT as a trusted advisor.
• Participate in additional initiatives and projects as needed.

What we are looking for

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience working in IT, with a strong focus on SAP-based solutions supporting business processes.
• Solid experience working with Order to Cash (OTC) processes in SAP environments (ECC preferred).
• Experience participating in system enhancements, projects, or process improvement initiatives within SAP landscapes.
• Understanding of cross-functional business processes, particularly in collaboration with Finance, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams.
• Experience working in global or multi-regional environments, collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with system integration concepts and working with technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Comfort reviewing SAP configurations or ABAP code at a high level is a plus.
• Exposure to S/4HANA, eCommerce platforms (such as SAP Commerce Cloud), or digital transformation initiatives is a plus, but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using common business tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.).

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience managing multiple priorities or initiatives in a dynamic, global environment.
• Exposure to Transportation Management Systems (OTM) or related logistics platforms is considered a plus.
• Exposure to enterprise job scheduling or workload automation tools (e.g., RMJ or similar platforms) is considered a plus.
• Exposure to EDI processes and integration frameworks, with a general understanding of middleware technologies (e.g., SAP CPI) and collaboration with EDI or integration teams, is considered a plus.
• Familiarity with project delivery or project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
• Experience supporting user enablement activities, including training, documentation, or knowledge transfer.
• Exposure to testing practices or automated testing tools within system implementation or enhancement projects.
