Main tasks:

• Act as a senior SME for SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting and Financial Consolidation
• Design and optimize end-to-end consolidation processes based on IFRS and Swiss GAAP
• Configure consolidation models, rules, mappings, hierarchies and validation processes
• Support financial close, intercompany, ownership, currency translation and reporting processes
• Drive migration and transformation from SAP BPC/BCS to SAP Group Reporting
• Ensure integration with SAP S/4HANA Finance, GL, FPSL, BW and other data platforms
• Support automation, data quality, testing and AI-driven improvements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP Product Management and technical teams
• Analyze incidents and drive root-cause resolution

Your qualifications:

• Multiple years of experience in Consolidation, Financial Reporting and Finance Technology
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting, ideally SAP BPC/BCS
• Deep understanding of consolidation processes, Group Reporting architecture and Financial Close
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Swiss GAAP, ideally FINMA/SNB reporting
• Experience with BPC/BCS to SAP Group Reporting migrations and transformations
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance integration, data models and interfaces
• Experience with SAP Reporting, BEx and SAP Analytics Cloud
• Knowledge of ABAP, Enhancements, BAdIs, APIs and Interfaces is an advantage
• Experience with BW, GL, FPSL, MDG or Data Lake solutions is an advantage
• Experience with automation, testing and ideally AI-supported finance processes
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance or another highly regulated environment
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in agile organizations
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Information Systems, Computer Science or a comparable field
• Fluent English
