Job Description


As a Senior SAP Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead and manage SAP transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality objectives.

  • Drive end-to-end project execution across SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and transformation initiatives.

  • Manage project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Take ownership of cutover planning, execution, and coordination activities for large-scale SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA programs.

  • Develop detailed project plans, milestones, governance structures, and delivery frameworks aligned with business objectives.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including SAP functional consultants, technical teams, infrastructure teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.

  • Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements, quality standards, and compliance expectations.

  • Manage project dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests while proactively implementing mitigation strategies.

  • Facilitate governance meetings, steering committee reviews, status reporting, and executive stakeholder communications.

  • Support project closure activities, lessons learned sessions, and transition to operational support teams.

  • Drive alignment between business objectives and technical delivery throughout the transformation journey.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Program Management, or SAP Delivery Management.

  • Strong experience managing large-scale SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.

  • Proven expertise in SAP Cutover Planning, Execution, and Hypercare Management.

  • Deep understanding of SAP Activate methodology and SAP project delivery frameworks.

  • Experience managing project scope, budgets, timelines, resources, and vendor engagements.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior leadership and business executives.

  • Experience coordinating global or enterprise-wide ERP transformation initiatives.

  • Knowledge of SAP technical landscapes, integration dependencies, deployment strategies, and release management processes.

  • Strong risk management, issue resolution, and decision-making capabilities.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and team management skills.

You Should Possess the Ability to:

  • Lead complex SAP transformation programs from initiation through successful delivery.

  • Develop and execute detailed cutover strategies for business-critical SAP deployments.

  • Coordinate multiple workstreams while maintaining alignment with program objectives.

  • Manage competing priorities, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations in high-pressure environments.

  • Drive governance, project controls, and delivery excellence across large-scale initiatives.

  • Identify project risks proactively and implement effective mitigation plans.

  • Communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders at all organizational levels.

  • Build strong relationships across project teams, vendors, and executive leadership.
