At  Westernacher Consulting, we drive business transformation through innovation, collaboration, and deep SAP expertise. We are looking for an experienced  Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

 

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the SAP project, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

Manage cross-functional teams including internal stakeholders, SAP consultants, and third-party vendors.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.

Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and drive consensus.

Oversee data migration, system integration, testing, and user training activities.

Ensure compliance with organizational change management protocols and governance frameworks.

Monitor project performance using KPIs and provide regular status updates to executive leadership.

Resolve project issues and escalate critical risks as needed to ensure successful delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

8+ years of project management experience.

Strong understanding of SAP IBP modules: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Response & Supply, and Control Tower.

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.

Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies & understanding of SAP Activate methodology.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to lead global teams and manage multicultural dynamics.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP supply chain solutions.

Experience in manufacturing, retail, or consumer goods industries.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
