We’re looking for a Senior SAP PP / IBP Consultant to join Vincit and work on SAP projects of varying size and complexity – from focused implementations to larger business transformations.
In this role, you’ll work hands-on with SAP PP and IBP while collaborating closely with customers and expert teams to deliver solutions that support production planning and modern supply chain management.

Our SAP customer portfolio is broad and diverse, and the work varies from targeted development tasks to large transformation programs. You’ll work in both multi-vendor environments and projects where Vincit takes full delivery responsibility – ranging from small-scale enhancements and roll-outs to continuous support.
Here’s a snapshot of your key responsibilities:
☘️ Working hands-on with SAP PP & IBP: You take ownership of planning-related development, configuration, and maintenance
☘️ Designing and improving solutions: You contribute to solution design, implementation, and continuous improvement of production and supply chain processes
☘️ Driving integrations: You help integrate PP and IBP with S/4HANA and other systems
☘️ Collaborating with customers: You translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions
☘️ Supporting delivery and presales: You act as a trusted expert in projects and contribute to solution design in customer discussions
You’ll do well in this role if you enjoy combining hands-on SAP work with understanding complex supply chain processes and delivering practical, high-impact solutions.
You’re comfortable working in complex environments where expectations are high, and you take ownership of your work while collaborating closely with others. You’re also curious and eager to continuously learn – whether it’s the latest in SAP or AI – and enjoy sharing knowledge within the team.
🎯 5+ years of experience in SAP PP, with strong knowledge of either SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud or Private Cloud, and preferably both
🎯 Experience with SAP IBP (design, configuration, and integration)
🎯 Hands-on experience in SAP system definition, implementation, and/or maintenance
🎯 A structured and efficient way of working
🎯 Strong teamwork skills
🎯 Experience working in customer-facing roles (e.g. presales)
🎯 Excellent communication skills in English and/or Finnish
🎯 Broader experience within IBP (e.g. demand, supply, response planning)
🎯 Understanding of, or experience with, integrating EWM into PP
🎯 Experience in other SAP modules such as QM, SD, EWM or MM
