About the Role

We are seeking an
experienced Senior
SAP Operations Consultant to join a leading regional manufacturing group. This position plays a key role
in bridging business operations with technology by analyzing, designing, and
implementing enterprise software solutions that drive process improvement and
operational efficiency.

The successful
candidate will act as a trusted partner to business stakeholders, ensuring that
enterprise applications, primarily SAP and related operational systems are
effectively configured and optimized to support the organizations goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement
  enterprise software solutions to meet operational and business
  requirements.
• Collaborate closely with
  stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into system
  functionality.
• Manage and execute system
  change requests, validating their impact on existing processes.
• Design, customize, and
  implement enterprise software enhancements aligned with business
  objectives.
• Serve as a knowledge steward
  and data governor for master and transactional data within operations.
• Lead process improvement and
  technology optimization initiatives across the operational domain.
• Develop and implement
  solution roadmaps to support business growth and efficiency.
• Provide SAP application
  support as part of ongoing business operations.
• Collaborate with IT and
  business teams to ensure end-to-end process excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with SAP (especially PP, MM, PM
  modules) and related operational applications.
• In-depth understanding of
  operational business processes and enterprise software functionality.
• Excellent analytical,
  communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to manage
  multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Proactive problem-solver with
  a can-do mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in
  Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Over 10 years of experience
  in SAP implementation and operations-related enterprise software roles.
• Demonstrated success in
  system enhancement, change management, and process improvement.
• Experience in mentoring or
  knowledge-sharing initiatives is an advantage.
