What You'll do:

- Prepare, create, maintain, and validate master data throughout the SAP S/4HANA deployment lifecycle.

- Manage one or more master data domains, including Material, Customer/Vendor (Business Partner), or Financial Data.

- Prepare and maintain Golden Data sets for demonstrations, testing, and system validation.

- Perform data quality checks and ensure data integrity before migration and go-live.

- Support data migration activities, including data preparation, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution.

- Configure and validate data for integration testing, simulations, mock conversions, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Collaborate with business users and project teams to resolve data-related issues during testing and deployment.

- Assist with cutover planning and go-live activities by ensuring master data is complete, accurate, and deployment-ready.

- Follow master data governance processes and support continuous improvement of data quality and business processes.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver successful SAP S/4HANA implementations on time and with high-quality data.

Who You Are:

- 8+ years of experience in Master Data management, preparation, or analysis.

- Expertise in at least one Master Data domain: Material Data, Customer/Vendor (Business Partner) Data, or Financial Data.

- Strong understanding of Master Data creation, maintenance, and governance processes.

- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Master Data Governance (MDG).

- Experience supporting integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and data migration activities.

- Familiarity with ERP deployments, cutover activities, and the SAP implementation lifecycle.

- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data quality, accuracy, and consistency.

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality master data for successful SAP implementations.
