ArchLynk is seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Integration Consultant to join our SAP IBP Technical Practice. This role is based in India, with a preference for candidates located in Bengaluru or other major tech hubs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), particularly with Harmonized Planning Area (HPA) and SAP Cloud Integration (CI) and Real-Time Integration (RTI) and will play a key role in delivering cutting-edge supply chain solutions for our global clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • SAP IBP HPA Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of the Harmonized Planning Area (HPA) to unify time-series and order-based planning processes, ensuring seamless integration across demand, supply, inventory, and response planning.
  • Integration Design and Development: Develop and implement integration flows using SAP Cloud Integration (CI) and Real-Time Integration (RTI) to enable real-time data synchronization between SAP IBP, S/4HANA, and third-party systems .
  • Unified Data Model Expertise: Configure and manage the single data model in SAP IBP HPA to support both tactical and operational planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • End-to-End Supply Chain Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP IBP with other SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, PP/DS, TM) and external systems, ensuring robust and scalable supply chain solutions .
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants, ensuring best practices in SAP IBP implementation and integration.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize integration processes to ensure high availability, data integrity, and system performance.
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver tailored SAP IBP HPA implementations that meet their unique business needs.

Required Skills and Experience

  • SAP IBP Expertise:
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP IBP with at least 3 full lifecycle implementations of SAP IBP solutions.
    • Strong knowledge of SAP IBP HPA, including its single data model for time-series and order-based planning.
    • Functional expertise in SAP IBP modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Response & Supply.
  • Integration Skills:
    • Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Integration (CI) and Real-Time Integration (RTI) for real-time and batch data integration .
    • Proven ability to design and implement integration solutions between SAP IBP, S/4HANA, and third-party Data base systems such as Informatica, Snowflake and ERPs like JD Edwards.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Strong understanding of SAP BTP and its role in enabling scalable and secure integration landscapes.
    • Experience with ABAP, HANA Cloud Integration, and other SAP development tools is a plus.
  • Supply Chain Knowledge:
    • In-depth understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
    • Familiarity with adjacent SAP modules such as S/4HANA PP/DS, TM, and EWM is an advantage.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and client-facing skills to gather requirements, present solutions, and manage stakeholder expectations.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex integration challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Integrated Business Planning.
  • SAP Certified Development Associate – SAP Cloud Platform Integration.
  • Experience with HPA adoption and migration from legacy planning areas to the unified HPA framework.
  • Knowledge of real-time integration architecture and best practices for SAP IBP .
