As Senior SAP Functional Lead – Plant Maintenance & Asset Management, you will serve as the lead functional expert for SAP PM/EAM within Alamos Gold's SAP S/4HANA environment. You will play a strategic role in enabling world-class asset lifecycle management, maintenance planning, and operational reliability across the organization.

Working closely with Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT stakeholders, you will lead the design, enhancement, integration, and continuous improvement of SAP maintenance and asset management capabilities while driving adoption of SAP S/4HANA and Fiori best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • SAP PM & EAM Leadership: Act as the functional lead for SAP Plant Maintenance and Enterprise Asset Management, supporting maintenance notifications, work orders, preventive and corrective maintenance programs, technical objects, task lists, and maintenance planning.
  • S/4HANA & Fiori Enablement: Configure and optimize SAP S/4HANA maintenance solutions and Fiori applications, delivering intuitive, role-based user experiences while promoting standardization and reducing unnecessary customization.
  • Supply Chain & MM Integration: Lead integration between PM/EAM and Materials Management processes, ensuring seamless maintenance-driven procurement, inventory availability, goods movement, logistics execution, and warehouse coordination.
  • Business Analysis & Solution Delivery: Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, develop functional designs, configure solutions, support testing activities, and deliver successful implementations and enhancements.
  • Technical & Platform Support: Collaborate with SAP technical teams and external partners to support integrations, enhancements, issue resolution, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the SAP S/4HANA roadmap.
  • Governance, Training & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain solution documentation, ensure compliance with governance and audit requirements, provide functional leadership, and develop training materials that support user adoption and ongoing capability development.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 7+ years of hands-on SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) experience as a Functional Consultant, Functional Lead, or Senior Business Analyst.
  • Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Deep expertise configuring and supporting SAP PM within SAP S/4HANA environments.
  • Proven experience with SAP Fiori applications, role-based user experiences, and maintenance process optimization.
  • Strong understanding of PM/MM integration, maintenance-driven procurement, inventory management, and supply chain collaboration.
  • Technical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, configuration dependencies, and cross-functional integration with MM and Finance.
  • Experience working within SAP RISE environments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Preferred: SAP certifications in PM, EAM, PS, or SAP S/4HANA; experience with SAP Project Systems (PS), SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and asset-intensive industries such as mining, manufacturing, utilities, or energy.

Salary Range: $98,600 - $147,900 CAD

The expected salary range for this role is intended to support transparency and informed decision making. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
