Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Partner with Finance leadership, Global Process Owners (GPOs), and business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Drive process harmonization and standardization initiatives across Finance functions.
• Identify opportunities for automation, controls improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and solution reviews.
• Configure and support finance modules for SAP (ECC) and SAP CFIN.
• Support SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration initiatives.
• Lead project workstreams from requirements through deployment.
• Participate in finance transformation programs including Central Finance, Group Reporting, Master Data Governance, and process harmonization initiatives.
• Prepare project plans, effort estimates, risk assessments, and status reporting.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or any other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on SAP FICO functional experience.
• Atleast 3 years of experience supporting SAP S/4HANA Finance in a complex business environment.
• Strong experience with SAP Central Finance (CFIN) and related implementations.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager and testing methodologies.
• Understanding of SAP authorization and controls framework.
• Experience supporting global finance organizations.
• Strong understanding and configuration expertise of SAP FICO.
• Willing to travel as required.

How Would You Stand Out?

• Experience working on at least two full lifecycle SAP implementations is preferred.
• SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification.
• SAP Central Finance implementation experience.
• Experience in large global transformation programs.

For your awareness, IFF has announced its intention to sell its Food Ingredients Business to CVC Capital Partners. The sale is presently expected to close in the first half of 2027, pending regulatory approvals and other closing conditions. The Food Ingredient business unit will remain a part of IFF until close and, at such time, it will transition to CVC Capital Partners.
