We are looking for you as - Senior SAP EWM Consultant - responsible for ensuring stable and efficient operations of the KION SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) environment. The role combines operational coordination, service quality management, and hands-on expertise in warehouse-related incidents, service requests, and system customization. The position also coordinate internal service staff and external partners to maintain a high level of service performance.

Tasks and Qualifications:

  • Coordination of internal service team members supporting EWM operations

  • Plan, organize, and execute recurring service activities such as maintenance weekends, system patches, and test coordination

  • Ensure high service quality and operational stability based on defined internal KPIs and service standards

  • Manage and coordinate external service partners contributing to EWM operations and support

  • Independently analyze and resolve warehouse-related incidents and service requests within the SAP EWM environment

  • Perform customizing activities within the KION EWM template to support operational requirements and continuous improvements

  • Support testing activities and ensure smooth implementation of system updates and changes

  • Contribute to the ongoing optimization and reliability of warehouse management processes

Technology Stack you will work with:

  • SAP EWM, WM, MM

  • ABAP/4, ABAP/OO

  • SAP UI5

Your Skills and Expertise:

  • Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or similar

  • Several years of hands-on experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), including customizing

  • Strong communication and coordination skills when working with internal teams and external service partners; experience in international environments is a plus

  • Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and operational logistics environments

  • Experience in application management, IT service operations, or similar operational support roles

  • Ability to manage incidents, service requests, and operational tasks in a structured and solution-oriented manner
