We are looking for a Senior SAP Controlling Consultant to join our IT Finance Applications team. The role will reinforce our SAP Controlling capabilities and support the ongoing evolution towards S/4HANA and advanced financial solutions.

The selected candidate will work closely with Finance stakeholders to understand business needs, design and implement SAP CO solutions, and ensure stable and efficient system operations. This role requires strong expertise in Controlling processes, SAP configuration knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

What your responsibilities will be

  • SAP Controlling ownership and evolution
    • Maintain and evolve SAP Controlling solutions aligned with business strategy and IT roadmap.
  • Process expertise and solution design
    • Analyse business requirements and design robust SAP CO solutions covering:
      • Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
      • Internal Orders (CO-OM)
      • Project System (PS)
      • Product Costing (CO-PC)
      • Actual Costing / Material Ledger (ML)
  • Implementation and enhancements
    • Lead and participate in SAP projects (including S/4HANA transformation), ensuring high-quality delivery of new functionalities and system improvements.
  • Operational excellence and support
    • Ensure stability, performance and continuous improvement of SAP CO processes, including incident management, enhancements and user support.
  • Integration management
    • Ensure proper integration between SAP CO and other modules such as FI, MM, SD and external systems.
  • Business collaboration
    • Work closely with Finance, Controlling and other stakeholders to align IT solutions with business objectives.
  • Data and controlling governance
    • Ensure consistency and quality of controlling master data and support financial reporting and analysis processes.
  • Continuous improvement
    • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and leverage new SAP functionalities (S/4HANA, analytics, automation).

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP Controlling (CO) in IT or consulting roles.
  • Strong functional and technical knowledge in:
    • Cost Center Accounting
    • Internal Orders
    • Project System
    • Product Costing
    • Actual Costing / Material Ledger
  • Experience working in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
  • Experience in full lifecycle implementations and support projects.
  • Strong understanding of Finance and Controlling processes.
  • Proven experience working with business stakeholders at different levels.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in an international environment.
  • You have a high level of English.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with S/4HANA Finance and Controlling.
  • Knowledge of integration with FI, MM, SD modules.
  • Experience with PAPM.
  • Experience with EPM tools (SAC, BPC, OneStream).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in global organizations and distributed teams.
  • Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools.

Flexibility for U Program: Hybrid Model

Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h (with the same flexible start time).
