For an international talent solutions company, we are looking for a
Senior SAP BW Developer.
The organization operates globally, with strong presence across Europe, connecting highly skilled professionals with leading companies in sectors such as automotive, IT, engineering, and R&D. As a
Senior SAP BW Developer
, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing advanced data warehousing solutions. You will work on end-to-end data flows, from extraction to reporting, ensuring high performance and scalability of SAP BW systems.

Your role will include:

  • Designing and implementing SAP BW on HANA or BW/4HANA solutions for complex business needs;

  • Managing full data lifecycle: extraction (SAP & non-SAP), transformation, and reporting;

  • Developing and enhancing data models (InfoObjects, ADSOs, Composite Providers, Open ODS Views);

  • Building and optimizing ETL processes using DTPs, transformations, and process chains;

  • Creating and improving reporting solutions using BEx Queries and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC);

  • Supporting front-end tools such as Analysis for Office;

  • Developing ABAP routines, user exits, and CDS enhancements;

  • Participating in system upgrades, migrations (BW ? BW/4HANA), and landscape optimization;

  • Collaborating with business and technical teams in an international environment.


Requirements


  • 8–10 years of experience in SAP BW development (support, implementation, migration);

  • Strong expertise in SAP BW on HANA or SAP BW/4HANA;

  • Hands-on experience with SAP ABAP (CDS, routines, enhancements);

  • Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and reporting tools;

  • Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and data models;

  • Proven track record in implementation projects (mandatory);

  • Experience with complex data modeling and ETL processes;

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • Ability to work independently and in distributed teams.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with system landscape optimization;

  • Exposure to automotive industry projects;

  • Knowledge of modern data warehousing concepts.
