As a Senior SAP BusinessObjects (BO) Consultant, you will work at the intersection of data platforms, enterprise BI, and operational continuity, supporting our client in a targeted SAP BusinessObjects platform upgrade
You will join a short‑term, high‑impact assignment focused on upgrading an existing SAP BO BI Platform 4.3 environment while ensuring service continuity, high technical quality, and a clean knowledge transfer to internal teams.

In this role, you will:
Perform the upgrade of a SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.3 sandbox environment to a higher Support Pack, including all necessary pre‑checks, execution, and post‑upgrade validation
Ensure continuity of service through proper testing, risk mitigation, and controlled delivery
Produce clear installation, configuration, and upgrade documentation
Create end‑user training materials covering both standard and newly introduced functionalities
Configure and validate SSO and Azure Active Directory integrations
Configure and validate Microsoft OneDrive integration with SAP BO
Work with and validate features such as Workflow Assistant
Execute a clean handover to internal SAP BO Administrators, ensuring autonomy after project completion
Communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders throughout the assignment
You will operate in a critical enterprise BI environment, where stability and data access are essential
The assignment is time‑boxed, requiring strong autonomy and structured execution
You must balance hands‑on technical delivery with thorough documentation and knowledge transfer
You will interact with multiple teams and stakeholders with different levels of technical expertise
Proven experience delivering SAP BusinessObjects BI 4.x platform upgrades in enterprise environments
Strong, in‑depth knowledge of SAP BO architecture
Hands‑on experience configuring and validating SSO and Azure Active Directory integration
Experience configuring and validating Microsoft OneDrive integration with SAP BO
Experience working with Workflow Assistant
Demonstrated ability to produce high‑quality technical documentation, including upgrade plans, test scripts, training materials, and handover guides
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver within defined timelines
Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Fluent English
Professional working proficiency in French
Availability or willingness to work in hybrid mode in Paris
Previous experience in consulting or project‑based environments
Experience supporting short‑term, high‑criticality upgrade projects
