You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

In SAP Basis support & projects

• Monitor and support the SAP ERP landscape in close cooperation with our external hosting provider.
• SAP system management and user management, including the administration of roles and authorizations.
• Support SAP patch activities, system maintenance cycles, and archiving activities.
• Assist with 2nd and 3rd level support on SAP BASIS areas.

In EA Governance & Guidelines

• Contribute to Basis-related and IT Audit-related projects, both internal and in coordination with the external provider.
• Contribute to the definition, documentation, and continuous improvement of governance guidelines within the Enterprise Architecture tool.
• Provide first-level support and guidance on access governance processes.
• Support with training, access & user management within the EA tool.
• Identify deviations from defined policies & processes and escalate risks when required.

This is what you bring to us:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in IT support, SAP Basis, access management, governance, or a related area.
• Academic or internship experience in IT governance, SAP, or compliance is a plus.
• SAP Basis fundamentals are highly valued, as well as User and role management, roles & authorizations (SAP), and system monitoring.
• Familiarity with access management concepts like SoD is a plus.
• Exposure to IAM-related tools (Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP role management) is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to follow and document defined processes.
• High level of commitment, responsibility, self-motivation, and organization.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel (aprox. 10% of the time).
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
