Requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in developing with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect Center.
- Highly proficient in Apex, Visualforce (VF), and Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement and support Service Cloud features including Service Console, Service Cloud Voice, Amazon Connect Center, Omni-Channel, Live Agent, and Knowledge Base.
- Design and develop tailored solutions on the Salesforce Service Cloud platform to fulfill essential business functions, align with project goals, meet client requirements, and achieve company objectives.
- Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
- Conduct data modeling, system integration, and perform both automated and manual data migrations.
- Create and maintain customized Apex and Visualforce code, Lightning components, and other relevant technologies to build robust applications.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
- Implement and manage Salesforce workflows, validation rules, Process Builders, and other automation tools.
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of Salesforce applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related technical issues.
- Provide expert guidance and recommend best practices for integrating Salesforce with other systems.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, updates, new features, and industry best practices, applying this knowledge to ongoing development efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, including a minimum of 3 years focused on Service Cloud.
- Salesforce certifications such as Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I & II, and Administrator are highly preferred.
- Proficiency with Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, particularly Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect Center.
- Experience with Experience Cloud and AgentForce is a strong advantage.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce integration patterns, including REST and SOAP APIs, data loaders, and third-party integration tools.
- Ability to design and implement complex, scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- Demonstrated capability to handle multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
